- Responsible for the overall operations of the Pepper Library and Museum.  Areas of responsibility include collections management, research and reference consultations, preservation and environmental monitoring, library website management, public and on-campus outreach initiatives, security, and maintenance.
- Curated thematic art exhibitions in the Pepper Library.

- Served as an information management consultant (metadata specialist) for a digital preservation project awarded by the IMLS to the Claude Pepper Foundation (project sponsor).
